Thank you for visiting my blog! My name is Janelle and I live in Iowa (right near the South Dakota and Minnesota borders). I have two little girls ages 2 and 4 and my husband is a middle school band and art teacher and I'm a stay-at-home-mom! I love to scrapbook but my weakness is scrapp'n the holidays- so I'm so happy to have completed this special project! Oh, and I'm terrible at journaling so I hid it along the border! ☺


I wanted to use some new techniques I've seen lately like the paper pleating and the ruffle ribbon (thanks Georgana!) and I really enjoyed myself. Plus, I just had to use the glitter glue from one of the recent BWS kits- love those kits!! ♥♥ If you are just joining the blog hop click here to start from the beginning! Big Flower Fancy Cut Layout

I rarely scrap with green (color) so this was a fun change of pace on this layout I made a few mos. ago and have been meaning to share! It's titled "feel the LOVE" and lots of huggy-cuddle pictures are included! (lol☺) I had fun "fancy-cutting" the big flowers from this paper to decorate the page!

Celebrate Summer!

Quick post to share this quick and easy layout with you! You can get a paper pack similar to this one as a Summer PIF in my shop while supplies last! The backside of the paper even has a grid/template to show you an idea of how to turn a fun 12x12 paper into an instant layout! Great for beginner scrapbookers and also just fun to whip out a quick page! I was very happy with the end result!
