All Packed Up...

My hubby took our booth of scrapbook goodies to a retreat in Jackson, MN today-- here are my lovely models showing how it all looks "packed up" and ready to travel-- our Scrapbook Page Kits, Papers, Albums, the new Wood Books that we have and all the fun embellishments we take along plus our booth set-up things (signs, bags, ect). Have scrapbook supplies, will travel! lol ☺

Summer Layout

We are going to be making these summer 12x12 scrapbook layouts in youth rec scrapbook class in June...and the students will be able to fill in their summer activities as they happen and add photos too!

Supplies Used: Summer Calendar, Reversible Rust Paper Pack, Foam Letters, Memories Page Kit, Sweet Life Page Kit, Solid Twill Ribbon, Rust Brown Ink Pad.

I love that I have a summer 2009 page ready-to-go! I'll have to post at the end of the summer when the pictures and events are all filled in!

Ribbons again...

We had a snow-day off of school today so my 4yo helped me to package up yards of ribbon and make this cute little ribbon holder box for the home show here in town on Saturday (my husband is a teacher, so it was nice to have him home to play w/ my 1yo so we could get some work done!) wish i could tie a better bow, but oh well! (:

March 17th Scrapbook Class

I'm excited to have a "choice day" for the scrapbooking class on Tuesday, March 17th (if you haven't already registered you can do so online @ the rec website) ~!

We will meet for one hour after school and each student will get their choice of fun scrapbooking project:
REcycled CD Case mini-album
Paper-bag Scrapbook Album
Mini-card fold out album (family/friends theme)
Pocketbook accordian-fold album (see below)
Scrapbook Card album
----or-------
1 scrapbook 12x12 page kit (can also be cut down to fit their album)
(themes include: sports, friends forever, family, school, ect....) you can look @ examples of page kits in my online shop!

I hope you'll sign your student up (grades 3-8 for this class), it'll be a fun day! Please bring around 12 or more photos to scrapbook, all other supplies will be provided for you. If your child does not have a scrapbook album, I do have several styles (& refill pages for them) available for purchase. Odd & Ends
Here are some little cards and gift-tags I made using some left-over rub-on sentiments and papers. Shae and I had made some cards for the Scrapping for Soldiers project (click link below to learn more) and I had a few left-overs...now, I'm not a card-maker at all (I made an exception for the Scrapp'n for Soldiers) so I was proud of myself to get a few mini-cards or gift-cards done for myself. Well, back to the books (scrapbooks!) for now.

Sisters Chipboard Album

This is my latest Chatterbook (Chipboard Album) that I've just created. I love the papers on this, called "retro" from our Runway collection. I have been making a few that are Custom pre-mades but this one is for pictures of my little girls! I "scrap-lifted" the idea for the SISTER(s) theme from Mike's Aunt Denise in Luverne MN, she's a great creative inspiration!
